1. Assist the Media team in coordinating and monitoring advertising campaigns and media plans across various markets.
2. Support the management of global offline media plans (Press, Outdoor, TV, Cinema) in collaboration with Louis Vuitton offices in over 50 countries.
3. Coordinate the production of advertising materials with external vendors across different communication platforms.
4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
5. Monitor budgets and manage supplier quotations and invoicing.
6. Provide administrative support and contribute to the department's daily operations.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners (media agencies, production agencies) and internal teams (Art Buying, Merchandising).

1. Final year student or gap year in Business School or equivalent university (Bac +4/5).
2. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
3. Meticulous, organized, and conscientious.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
5. Adaptable and versatile with strong media and communication interests.
6. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
7. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Interns will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values and undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
