- Develop and implement the purchasing strategy for specific materials to meet capacity, quality, development, competitiveness, CSR, and innovation needs.
- Manage supplier relationships to secure the portfolio through diversification plans and upskilling new suppliers.
- Enhance the supply chain in collaboration with Supply Chain teams to improve capacity building and industrial agility.
- Initiate continuous improvement processes in collaboration with the Quality team.
- Optimize purchasing costs through negotiations, value analysis, process optimization, and flow simplification.
- Establish CSR roadmaps in line with Group and Maison commitments, focusing on responsible sourcing, climate efforts, and circular creativity.
- Challenge partners on product and process innovations.
- Ensure timely development and procurement of new materials for collections, balancing aesthetics, margins, quality, quantities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate material industrialization to ensure Time to Market (TTM).
- Manage relationships with interfaces such as other material divisions, sourcing, project development, and production workshops.
- Ensure the purchasing process including contractualization, RFQs, audits, budget, and performance management.
- Develop the purchasing budget based on existing product activity and new product plans to validate market strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably Bac+5 or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in a high-growth or challenging industrial context.
- Proven expertise in supplier relationship management.
