1. Lead the development of materials with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives in style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure industrial feasibility of initial prototypes.
3. Formalize industrial specifications for suppliers and assist in selecting the supplier panel.
4. Industrialize collection materials in partnership with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve materials through laboratory testing, process validation, control audits, and aesthetic criteria.
6. Ensure material assembly in collaboration with the finished product manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to enhance material design.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in development or industrialization roles.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Ability to work autonomously and with precision in a demanding environment.
5. Analytical and decision-making skills.
6. Passion for product and material creation, fashion, and luxury.

A minimum of 8 years in development or industrialization roles, with a proven track record in project management and collaboration with creative and industrial teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
