- Manage the Materials and FF&E division within the Concept Design team.
- Oversee the materials library and assist project teams with selection and development.
- Provide consultancy, research, and development for standardizations.
- Prepare and deliver Best Practices and Guidelines presentations to teams.
- Participate in Design Committees.
- Organize and manage the Materials database.
- Coordinate with zones and local purchasing managers.
- Conduct cost optimization and value engineering research.
- Develop and standardize with suppliers and zones.
- Source and monitor material innovations and trends.
- Regularly meet with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans.
- Attend trade shows and report findings to teams.
- Create material boards for project presentations.
- Update the materials and suppliers database.
- Maintain and update the internal FF&E database.
- Develop FF&E guidelines and methods for department implementation.
- Degree in architecture, interior design, or related arts field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector or architectural agency.
- Aesthetic sense and artistic sensitivity with a culture of excellence.
- Dynamic, passionate, and proactive in project management and solution finding.
- Agile, rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
- Strong communication and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector or an architectural agency is required.
Degree in architecture, interior design, or related arts field.
