1. Assist in leather sourcing for pre-industrialization phases of leather goods collections.
2. Initiate leather developments and enhancements based on design briefs for prototyping and duplication needs.
3. Manage administrative tasks and material trials with suppliers, including tanneries and processors.
4. Update project management tools, including project tracking tables, budget monitoring, and PLM coding.
5. Coordinate leather research activities, including supplier panel innovation and competitive analysis.
6. Participate in organizing material novelty presentation meetings.
7. Serve as the main contact for the material room, managing restocking and maintaining a constant watch on material reuse innovations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering, design, or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
2. Strong sensitivity to materials and leather goods products.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, particularly in design-exposed roles.
4. Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity.
5. Project management capabilities.
