Louis Vuitton Material Sourcing and Development Intern

- Participate in the launch of new color animations for the Leather Goods collections, including briefing, material ordering, follow-up, color adjustment, and validation for four collections annually.
- Act as a liaison between Design, Marketing, and material suppliers.
- Conduct quality risk analyses through testing of potentially risky colors.
- Manage and monitor the budget allocated for mock-up leathers in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
- Support daily operations including material troubleshooting, storage, and management of mock-up leathers and masters, as well as color coding.
- Develop and industrialize all pre-series leather and secondary components in color variations for Leather Goods.
- Ensure homologation of materials according to Louis Vuitton quality standards.
- Maintain accurate updates in systems such as PLM and SAP.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, ideally with a specialization or initial experience in leather or textiles.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Autonomy in task execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to leather or textile industries.
Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
