- Lead the performance optimization of leather, canvas, and textiles in Louis Vuitton workshops.
- Provide technical and material expertise to production workshops to identify optimization levers for cutting performance, including waste reduction, quality, productivity, and environmental impact.
- Support Central Development and Workshops through simulations to enhance product eco-scores before production.
- Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement projects with a focus on reducing waste and environmental footprint in workshops.
- Develop current and future standards by formalizing best practices related to material transformation or support tools for continuous progress, such as audits and training.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in production, development, or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, 5 Whys).
- Ability to improve or create performance dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Interest in leather and leather goods industry (materials and product/process).
- Strong motivation for sustainable development challenges.
Minimum of 5 years in production, development, or continuous improvement roles.
Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or related fields.
