Louis Vuitton Material Performance Project Manager

- Lead the performance optimization of leather, canvas, and textiles in Louis Vuitton workshops.
- Provide technical and material expertise to Production workshops, assisting in identifying optimization levers for cutting performance in series production (loss rate, quality, productivity, environmental impacts).
- Support Central Development and Workshops through simulations to enhance the eco-score of products before production.
- Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement projects with technical product/process or organizational content aimed at reducing waste and the environmental footprint of Workshops.
- Develop current and future standards by formalizing best practices related to material transformation or support tools for continuous progress (audits, training).
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, development, or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, 5 Whys).
- Ability to improve or create performance material indicator dashboards (Power BI).
- Interest in the leather and leather goods industry (material and product/process).
- Strong motivation for sustainability challenges.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, development, or continuous improvement is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
