Louis Vuitton Material Performance Project Manager

- Lead the optimization of leather, canvas, and textile utilization in Louis Vuitton workshops.
- Provide technical and material expertise to production workshops to identify optimization levers for cutting performance in series production, focusing on loss rates, quality, productivity, and environmental impacts.
- Support Central Development and Workshops with simulations to enhance product eco-scores before production.
- Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement projects with a focus on technical product/process or organizational content to reduce waste and the environmental footprint of workshops.
- Develop current and future standards by formalizing best practices related to material transformation or supporting tools for continuous progress, such as audits and training.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, development, or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, 5 Whys).
- Ability to improve or create performance material indicator dashboards (Power BI).
- Interest in leather and leather goods industry (material and product/process).
- Strong motivation for sustainable development initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years in production, development, or continuous improvement roles.
Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
