1. Lead the optimization of leather, canvas, and textile utilization in Louis Vuitton workshops.
2. Provide technical and material expertise to production workshops to identify optimization levers for cutting performance in series production, focusing on loss rates, quality, productivity, and environmental impacts.
3. Support Central Development and Workshops with simulations to enhance product eco-scores before production.
4. Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement projects with a focus on technical product/process or organizational content to reduce waste and the environmental footprint of workshops.
5. Develop current and future standards by formalizing best practices related to material transformation or supporting tools for continuous progress, such as audits and training.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level) from an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, development, or continuous improvement.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, 5 Whys).
2. Ability to improve or create performance material indicator dashboards (Power BI).
3. Interest in leather and leather goods industry (material and product/process).
4. Strong motivation for sustainable development initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years in production, development, or continuous improvement roles.

Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
