- Assist in the development of metallic and other materials for rigid products such as trunks and luggage.
- Support material research and sourcing in collaboration with designers and stylists, ensuring industrial feasibility and quality.
- Initiate and oversee the development process, proposing innovative solutions and securing material feasibility.
- Coordinate the production of samples and support sites in material procurement for prototypes.
- Formalize design requirements and draft specifications considering usage.
- Analyze technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Define, refine, and validate material designs with suppliers.
- Establish and validate acceptance criteria and production processes.
- Ensure material quality through laboratory performance analysis and aesthetic conformity assessment.
- Support suppliers in resolving industrialization and production startup issues.
- Manage technical data including product sheets and plans.
- Lead a project focused on technical or quality improvement.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, potentially complemented by a postgraduate degree in fashion management or innovation.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competence in technical drawing and plan interpretation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management enthusiasm.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
