- Assist in the development of metallic and other materials for rigid products such as trunks and luggage.
- Support material research and sourcing during the creation and design phases, understanding stylistic needs and technical constraints.
- Prepare and engage in development stages, proposing innovative solutions and ensuring feasibility and quality of new materials.
- Launch and monitor sample production.
- Aid sites in material procurement for finished product prototypes.
- Formalize project requirements and draft technical specifications.
- Analyze technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Define and validate material design and production processes with suppliers.
- Ensure material quality through laboratory performance analysis and aesthetic conformity assessments.
- Support suppliers in resolving industrialization and production issues.
- Manage technical data including product sheets and defect logs.
- Lead technical or quality improvement projects.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, potentially with a focus on fashion or innovation management.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competence in technical drawing and plan interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity, rigor, and adaptability.
- Environmental awareness and commitment.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing an engineering degree, possibly with additional studies in fashion or innovation management.
