1. Lead the development of materials in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives in style, quality, cost, and timelines.
2. Provide expertise to creative teams to ensure industrial feasibility of initial prototypes.
3. Formalize industrial specifications for suppliers and support project buyers in supplier selection.
4. Industrialize collection materials in partnership with suppliers, validating design and manufacturing processes.
5. Approve materials through laboratory testing, process validation, control audits, and appearance criteria.
6. Ensure material assembly in collaboration with the finished product manufacturing site.
7. Propose optimizations throughout the industrialization process to streamline material design.
8. Manage innovation projects related to materials, including design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years experience in development or industrialization roles.

2. Excellent interpersonal abilities for collaboration with designers and industrial teams.
3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work ethic.
5. Analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in development or industrialization functions, with proven project management expertise.
