1. Assist in the development of metallic and other materials for rigid products such as trunks and luggage.
2. Support material research and sourcing by understanding designer needs and proposing industrialization solutions.
3. Prepare and engage in development stages, ensuring feasibility and quality of new materials.
4. Launch and monitor sample production.
5. Facilitate material supply for product prototypes.
6. Formalize project needs and draft specifications considering usage.
7. Analyze technical risks and implement mitigation actions.
8. Define and validate material design with suppliers.
9. Establish acceptance criteria and validate production processes.
10. Ensure material quality through laboratory performance analysis and aesthetic assessment.
11. Support suppliers in resolving industrialization and production issues.
12. Manage technical data, including product sheets and defect logs.
13. Lead a technical or quality improvement project.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, possibly pursuing a postgraduate degree in fashion or innovation management.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Competency in technical drawing and plan reading.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in an engineering school, with potential additional studies in fashion or innovation management.
