Marketing Project Manager

1. Coordinate various departments involved in the project, including communication, press, digital, and supply chain.
2. Align stakeholders and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
3. Contribute to the development and delivery of assets necessary for the launch, such as visuals, videos, and diverse content.
4. Support press and influence teams by providing necessary elements for tools like press kits and visuals.
5. Oversee the integration of the project on digital channels in collaboration with digital teams.
6. Monitor the development of retail concepts with architecture teams and ensure production and finalization of elements related to the launch.
7. Supervise the creation of visual elements and props for the project, and participate in the development of window displays and pop-up projects.
8. Collaborate with training teams to integrate the project into training programs and provide necessary educational content.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the perfume/cosmetics industry.
2. Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Knowledge of Beauty Research & NPD panels is a plus.
