1. Ensure coordination across various departments including communication, press, digital, and supply chain.
2. Align stakeholders and ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
3. Contribute to the development and delivery of assets for the launch of a new business line, ensuring quality and coherence.
4. Support press and influence teams by providing necessary materials such as press kits and visual content.
5. Oversee the integration of the project across digital channels, coordinating logistical and operational aspects.
6. Monitor the development of retail concepts with architecture teams and ensure completion of elements related to the launch.
7. Supervise the creation of visual elements and props for the project, including window displays and pop-up projects.
8. Collaborate with training teams to integrate the project into training programs and provide necessary educational materials.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the perfume/cosmetics industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

2. Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
3. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Familiarity with Beauty Research & NPD panels is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant marketing role.
