Louis Vuitton Marketing and Merchandising Assistant - Literary Editions

The Editions Louis Vuitton department, known for its cultural contributions, manages a comprehensive catalogue of over 120 titles, producing numerous new editions annually and collaborating across digital, press, and marketing platforms.
- Support the marketing, commercial, and promotional activities of the Editions department under the guidance of the Marketing Project Manager.
- Assist in the editorial follow-up of commercial and press documents under the supervision of the Editions Project Manager.
- Accompany the launch of new editions, including drafting promotional materials such as argument sheets, collection catalogues, and sales team training tools.
- Oversee the editorial process of press kits, including proofreading, layout, translations, and project tracking in collaboration with the press department.
- Manage the production of visuals and packshots.
- Communicate upcoming titles to digital and e-merchandising teams and proofread copy.
- Maintain departmental presentations for sales reporting, annual reviews, launch plans, event calendars, and partnership reports.
- Participate in the animation of bookstore networks, merchandising, and sales team training.
- Support promotional activities related to events, emailing, digital tools, and iconographic research.
- Coordinate event projects such as signings and events, including logistics and book orders.
- Assist the team with daily tasks such as sending copies to contributors, receiving merchandise, and handling internal orders.
- Minimum Bac +4 in marketing or book commercialization.
- Strong writing skills with a graphic sensibility.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Professional experience in bookstores and/or the cultural sector is required. Experience in merchandising is advantageous.
Minimum Bac +4 in marketing or book commercialization.
The role includes an integration day for new hires and mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition.
