Louis Vuitton Marketing and Literary Editions Assistant

- Support the marketing, commercial, and promotional activities of the Editions department under the guidance of the Marketing Project Manager.
- Assist in the editorial follow-up of commercial and press documents under the supervision of the Editions Project Manager.
- Aid in the launch of new titles, including drafting promotional materials such as argument sheets, collection catalogues, and sales team training tools.
- Oversee the editorial process of press kits, including proofreading, layout, translations, and project tracking in collaboration with the press department.
- Manage the production of visuals and packshots.
- Communicate with digital and e-merchandising teams regarding upcoming titles and proofread copy.
- Maintain departmental presentations for monthly sales reports, annual reviews, launch plans, event calendars, and event/partnership reports.
- Participate in the engagement of bookstore networks, merchandising, and sales team training.
- Support promotional activities related to events, email campaigns, digital tools, and iconographic research.
- Coordinate event projects such as book signings and other events, including logistics and book orders.
- Assist the team with daily tasks such as sending copies to contributors, receiving merchandise, and handling internal orders.
- Minimum Bac +4 in marketing or book commercialization.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Graphic sensitivity.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous internships in bookstores or the cultural sector are required.
Minimum Bac +4 in marketing or book commercialization.
Includes a comprehensive integration day and mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition.
