Louis Vuitton Marketing and Communication Assistant

- Contribute to the creation and production of marketing and communication assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of cross-functional projects, acting as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
- Manage and produce packshot photography for the High Jewelry collection, including logistics and post-production processes.
- Facilitate the availability of visual assets across dedicated platforms and ensure their integration into the HWM application.
- Assist in the production of jewelry videos, including creative briefs and color grading.
- Support the development of visual identity and propose new creative guidelines.
- Research and engage new suppliers and service providers.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of work processes and share best practices across project stakeholders.
- Assist in the production of content for presentations of the High Jewelry collection, ensuring visual consistency and aesthetic enhancements.
- Centralize and coordinate internal needs from marketing, digital, and business development teams.
- Manage administrative tasks and operational follow-up of projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on Brand Creation and Design.
- Previous experience in communication or production, ideally within a luxury brand, is advantageous.
- Creativity and aesthetic sensibility
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and adaptable
- Autonomous and reliable
Beginner level experience in communication or production, preferably in a luxury brand setting.
Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
