1. Update and maintain dashboards.
2. Analyze collected data.
3. Manage scheduling and planning.
4. Organize travel arrangements.
5. Prepare and coordinate meetings.
6. Conduct safety audit planning.
7. Ensure alignment notebooks are up-to-date.
8. Participate in all CAP HSE audits and manage skills matrices.
9. Address the needs of team leads, including updating consumption sheets and field tour documents.
10. Onboard at other workshops on-site to collect and implement best practices.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
