- Monitor, approve, and control payroll processing for all Louis Vuitton entities in the US and Berluti.
- Prepare reports for management and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on employment law investigations and strategize solutions for employee matters.
- Interpret and implement Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, and compensation.
- Resolve benefits issues and represent the Compensation and Benefits team in handling investigations and complaints related to employee benefits.
- Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.
- Prepare communications for benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
- Implement incentive programs launched by internal retail business partners, including product allowance benefits.
- Audit and review employee stock purchasing program, collaborating closely with Finance and LVMH Shared Services Payroll.
- Organize and oversee domestic relocations and lead international mobilities in partnership with the Senior Compensation and Benefits Director.
- Manage digital employee personnel files to ensure excellent organization and compliance, maintaining confidentiality.
- Make independent decisions or escalate issues to resolve administration problems for the team.
- Review and improve vendors' quality of service.
- Review processes and policies, proposing improvements and optimizations as necessary.
- Responsible for social reports.
- More than 10 years of experience in Compensation and Payroll within a retail specialty or luxury environment.
- Proven supervisory experience and a track record of team leadership.
- Experience managing Leave of Absence (LOA) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for interactions with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Ability to foster trust and maintain composure for self and team.
- Collaboration and team player mentality.
Minimum of 10 years in Compensation and Payroll within a retail specialty or luxury environment.
Salary range of USD $140K-$160K, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, employee discounts, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
