1. Participate in the Manager in Training (MIT) Program, encompassing four rotations: Client Advisor Journey, Retail Excellence Journey, Headquarters Immersion, and Management Journey.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences and provide expert advice across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and ensure effective sales floor management.
4. Engage clients and foster long-term relationships using clienteling tools.
5. Support management in daily clienteling operations and understand company policies.
6. Participate in head office projects and manage team dynamics, setting individual and team goals.
7. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
8. Proactively assess and manage team performance and expectations.

1. Willingness to relocate locally and internationally (mandatory).
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Services, or Airlines.
