Responsibilities
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership.
- Ensure business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.
- Assist management in daily clienteling operations.
- Understand company policies and provide support to other client advisors when needed.
- Be engaged in a head office project according to organization and business needs.
- Manage and motivate the team by setting individual and team goals.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with the store manager.
- Proactively assess and manage performance and expectations.
Qualifications
- Open to local and international relocation (mandatory).
- Proficient in Italian and English.

Experience Requirements
