1. Analyze and monitor production performance metrics.
2. Develop and document key performance indicators to support business management.
3. Conduct pricing and costing analyses.
4. Perform monthly closing activities and share results with operational colleagues.
5. Control fixed and variable costs.
6. Manage investment portfolios.
7. Analyze inventory and calculate obsolescence reserves.
8. Prepare budget forecasts and input data into the company's ERP system.
9. Support the implementation and future development of the company's information system.
10. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, defining or introducing new policies and procedures as necessary.
11. Engage in cross-functional improvement projects with other business functions and financial sector companies.
12. Ensure the correct application of company policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics.
2. Good knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Good command of English and/or French.
6. Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving environment.
