- Perform daily troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machinery, utilizing expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Support product development by adapting tools to material and human constraints, ensuring ergonomic and safe workstations.
- Collaborate with methods and continuous improvement teams to manage production line setups and new product launches.
- Ensure efficient management and supply of materials and spare parts.
- Update performance tracking and equipment management tools, optimizing costs through controlled spare parts inventory management.
- Utilize CMMS tools to define preventive and corrective improvement plans to enhance machine performance.
- Engage with production, methods, development teams, and external partners on the ground.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent (BAC+2) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Customer service orientation and responsiveness.
- Autonomy and self-motivation.
