1. Perform daily troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machinery, utilizing expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation to diagnose and resolve issues.
2. Support product development by adapting tools to material and human constraints, ensuring ergonomic and safe workstations.
3. Collaborate with methods and continuous improvement teams to manage production line setups and new product launches.
4. Ensure efficient management and supply of materials and spare parts.
5. Update performance tracking and equipment management tools, optimizing costs through controlled spare parts inventory management.
6. Utilize CMMS tools to define preventive and corrective improvement plans to enhance machine performance.
7. Engage with production, methods, development teams, and external partners on the ground.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent (BAC+2) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
