Louis Vuitton Maintenance Supervisor

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with safety and operational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance mechanics, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the maintenance of a 130,000 sq. ft. facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and housekeeping.
- Ensure equipment reliability through Preventative Maintenance Programs and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with plant management to strategize investments for production and innovation needs.
- Manage databases for vendors, supplies, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare maintenance reports and develop strategies to reduce expenses.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on maintenance, process, and production.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in managing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS software.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
