1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with safety and operational goals.
2. Lead and manage a team of maintenance mechanics, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
3. Oversee the maintenance of a 130,000 sq. ft. facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and housekeeping.
4. Ensure equipment reliability through Preventative Maintenance Programs and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
5. Collaborate with plant management to strategize investments for production and innovation needs.
6. Manage databases for vendors, supplies, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
7. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
8. Prepare maintenance reports and develop strategies to reduce expenses.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on maintenance, process, and production.
3. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong customer service orientation.

1. Proficiency in managing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS software.
4. Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
