1. Collaborate with the maintenance manager, technicians, and technical project leaders on continuous improvement projects.
2. Lead cross-functional projects with other French workshops and headquarters.
3. Optimize maintenance service performance in both troubleshooting and new product development.
4. Analyze maintenance indicators through CMMS and machine breakdowns.
5. Conduct and structure DMAIC analyses to identify potential improvement processes.
6. Manage and create maintenance schedules and implement preventive measures.
7. Optimize stock management of parts for efficiency and budget control.
8. Develop and formalize best practices (tools, processes) and ensure their deployment.
9. Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose technical optimizations in collaboration with the technical direction and partners.

1. Currently enrolled in an alternating education program specializing in continuous improvement and/or maintenance at BAC+4/5 level.

4. Team-oriented with a strong sense of customer service.
5. Rigorous and detail-oriented.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in a relevant field.
