1. Optimize maintenance service performance in both troubleshooting and new product development.
2. Analyze indicators through CMMS, machine breakdowns, and conduct DMAIC analyses to identify improvement processes.

4. Oversee and optimize spare parts inventory for efficiency and budget management.
5. Develop and formalize best practices (ORP, tools, processes) and ensure their deployment.
6. Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose technical optimizations, collaborating with the technical direction, partners, and operational teams.

1. Enrollment in an alternation program specializing in continuous improvement and/or maintenance at a BAC+4 to BAC+5 level.
