1. Perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including cutting, prep, and assembly machines.
2. Complete projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, such as installing new lines and reorganizing workshops.
3. Ensure the daily operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
4. Collaborate with Product Developers, Process Engineers, Continuous Improvement Engineers, and Production Supervisors to support operations.
5. Identify root cause problems and implement effective solutions.
6. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers.
7. Modify machine dimensions using mechanical tools.
8. Prepare daily work status reports.
9. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
10. Contribute to team efforts and rework projects as needed.
11. Partner with vendors, security, and contractors.
12. Participate in company improvement projects.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Two-year Technical Degree in Electro-Mechanics or a related field, or four years of equivalent experience.

1. Proven technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Experience with PLC programming, fabrication, and maintenance work order software.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech production environment.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
5. Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Two-year Technical Degree in Electro-Mechanics or a related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
