1. Perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including cutting, prep, and assembly.
2. Complete projects safely and efficiently with a customer-focused approach, such as installation of new lines and workshop reorganization.
3. Ensure daily operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
4. Support operations by collaborating with product developers, process engineers, continuous improvement engineers, and production supervisors.
5. Identify root cause problems and implement solutions.
6. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers.
7. Modify machine dimensions using various mechanical tools.
8. Prepare daily work status reports.
9. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
10. Contribute to team efforts and rework projects as needed.
11. Partner with vendors, security, and contractors.
12. Participate in company improvement projects.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Two-year Technical Degree in Electro-Mechanics or a related field, or four years of equivalent experience.

1. Proven technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Experience with PLC programming, fabrication, and maintenance work order software.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech production environment.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
5. Fluency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Two-year Technical Degree in Electro-Mechanics or a related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
