1. Support stores in addressing maintenance and cleaning needs, ensuring immediate and effective solutions.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to manage activity planning and uphold quality standards for maintenance, inspections, and cleaning operations.
3. Assist the Minor Works & Maintenance Team in tender management and drafting agreements for maintenance and cleaning activities.
4. Manage orders and support administrative processes.
5. Collaborate with the EMEA team to implement store planning projects, including new layouts and furniture.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

1. Technical knowledge of retail environment maintenance.
2. Analytical skills for reporting on maintenance activities and budgets.
3. Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
4. Strong prioritization and project management skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving capabilities and teamwork ethics.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.

No prior experience required; suitable for recent graduates.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

800 euros monthly, plus an 8 euro meal voucher per day.
