1. Deploy and manage the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2. Create and integrate preventive maintenance schedules for various machine types such as automatic cutters, splitters, skivers, gluers, and lift tables.
3. Analyze significant breakdowns and define action plans for self and team to ensure efficient task completion within set deadlines.
4. Develop actions to improve existing breakdowns and processes, identify improvement opportunities, generate ideas, and implement solutions.
5. Oversee and manage the critical spare parts inventory, including defining reorder thresholds, minimum stock levels, and kanban systems.
6. Provide a weekly activity report of the maintenance team to the team leaders.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and adaptability.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
