1. Deploy and manage the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2. Create and integrate preventive maintenance schedules by machine type.
3. Analyze critical breakdowns and define action plans to improve efficiency.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
5. Manage the stock of critical spare parts, including defining reorder points and minimum stock levels.
6. Provide weekly activity reports to the maintenance team leaders.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility in problem-solving.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
