1. Deploy and manage the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
2. Create and integrate preventive maintenance schedules for various machine types.
3. Analyze and address critical breakdowns, establishing action plans to enhance efficiency.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
5. Manage and oversee the inventory of critical spare parts, including defining reorder thresholds and minimum stock levels.
6. Conduct weekly activity reports for the maintenance team to the team leaders.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility in problem-solving.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental consciousness and commitment to sustainability goals.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
