1. Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging trends in leather goods, fashion, and art.
2. Create moodboards and visual presentations to inspire the design team.
3. Participate in the development of innovative creative concepts.
4. Produce sketches, technical drawings, and detailed illustrations of leather goods models.
5. Utilize CAD software to model prototypes.
6. Prepare technical files for prototype manufacturing.
7. Assist designers during prototyping sessions in the workshop.
8. Collaborate with artisans to make adjustments to prototypes.
9. Ensure prototypes meet technical specifications.
10. Organize and archive technical documents and drawings.
11. Update databases of materials and suppliers.
12. Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
13. Analyze competitors' collections to identify differentiation opportunities.
14. Regularly report on market trends.

1. Currently enrolled in a design, art, or fashion school (minimum Bachelor's level).
2. Passion for the luxury and leather goods industry.
3. Strong aesthetic and creative sensitivity.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
2. Knowledge of additional CAD software such as Rhino or SolidWorks is advantageous.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Italian.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently.
6. Initiative and autonomy.
7. Curiosity and open-mindedness.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher in design, art, or fashion.
