- Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging trends in leather goods, fashion, and art.
- Create moodboards and visual presentations to inspire the design team.
- Participate in the development of innovative creative concepts.
- Produce sketches, technical drawings, and detailed illustrations of leather goods models.
- Utilize CAD software to model prototypes.
- Prepare technical files for prototype manufacturing.
- Assist designers during prototyping sessions in the workshop.
- Collaborate with artisans to make adjustments to prototypes.
- Ensure prototypes meet technical specifications.
- Organize and archive technical documents and drawings.
- Update databases of materials and suppliers.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Analyze competitors' collections to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Regularly report on market trends.
- Currently enrolled in a design, art, or fashion school (minimum Bachelor's level).
- Passion for the luxury and leather goods industry.
- Strong aesthetic and creative sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of additional CAD software such as Rhino or SolidWorks is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Italian.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently.
- Initiative and autonomy.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher in design, art, or fashion.
