1. Lead and manage a team of 25 to 30 warehouse operatives, ensuring alignment with shared objectives of quality, quantity, and timeliness.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
3. Conduct individual performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Oversee administrative management related to team operations.
5. Facilitate daily briefings and coordinate order planning.
6. Monitor performance indicators and ensure adherence to quality and deadline standards.
7. Update reporting systems and track warehouse data.
8. Implement and adjust safety protocols in response to process changes.
9. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and operations.
10. Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by adhering to cost and delivery standards.

1. Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, etc.)
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in logistics

1. Strong team spirit and service orientation
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools
4. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous
5. English proficiency is a plus

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in logistics.

Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, etc.)
