- Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional departments in Japan, as well as external vendors, to align project objectives.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences and facilitate training for operational teams on new WMS features and processes.
- Expert-level data analysis capability with proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
- Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in leading technical and IT-related projects.
