1. Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, zoning, and store performance.
2. Assist in various improvement projects using the DMAIC approach.
3. Act as a liaison for environmental initiatives, implementing Green projects related to plastic, cardboard, and CO2.
4. Reorganize workflows to enhance logistical processes.
5. Enhance store tools and systems.
6. Conduct diagnostics using Lean Manufacturing tools.
7. Evaluate and monitor the impact of transformation actions.
8. Implement progress actions, indicators, and track the advancement of action plans.
9. Propose and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
10. Collaborate with Logistics teams for daily activities based on needs.

1. Pursuing a final-year engineering internship in industrial systems management, integrated production and logistics, or continuous improvement.

1. Strong interest in field experiences.
2. Excellent listening, organizational, and teamwork skills.
3. Familiarity with PowerBi is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
