1. Lead and manage technical projects related to continuous improvement across global and European warehouses, including Client Care services and subcontractor warehouses.
2. Define and target business needs, collaborating with technical and IT teams to design solutions.
3. Organize and oversee testing phases prior to project deployment.
4. Ensure comprehensive understanding of logistics flows and manage relationships between business and IT departments.
5. Oversee the implementation of new processes and train teams to facilitate change.
6. Participate in the Environmental Management System (EMS) to ensure adherence to environmental roadmaps and promote best practices.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics (BAC +5 equivalent).
2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain sectors.

1. Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel and Power BI.
2. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics (BAC +5 equivalent).
