1. Lead continuous improvement projects across global, European, and Client Care logistics sites.
2. Drive technical projects and IT developments for all logistics sites.
3. Define business needs and design solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
4. Organize and oversee testing phases prior to project deployment.
5. Ensure comprehensive understanding of logistics flows and manage relationships between business and IT departments.
6. Oversee the implementation of new logistics processes on-site globally.
7. Train teams and manage change effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with WMS is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Autonomous and results-oriented.

A minimum of 3 years in logistics or supply chain sectors is required.
