Louis Vuitton Logistics Methods Engineer

- Optimize logistics and supply chain performance across various domains including storage, internal and external flows of components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, shipping, and receiving.
- Maintain organizational schemes for logistics activities, ensuring adherence to rules, operating modes, and job-specific instructions.
- Enhance performance in warehouse roles while ensuring ergonomic practices.
- Participate in daily routines, share and track performance indicators.
- Identify improvement areas following encountered issues and encourage solution proposals from warehouse staff.
- Conduct audits, implement action plans, and ensure the deployment of identified improvement strategies.
- Define corrective measures for product routing issues.
- Create and optimize management tools for logistics services related to internal and external flows of components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and site logistics.
- Lead cross-functional projects for process standardization and innovation, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Study the feasibility of logistics projects related to service or site reorganization.
- Implement group-driven projects, adapting them to workshop specifics.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are integrated into all interventions.
- Organize safe re-implementation of storage areas and ensure secure warehouse spaces.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to safety and ergonomics.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics (equivalent to BAC +5).
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is appreciated.
- Strong analytical skills.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
