1. Coordinate logistics activities within the One Manuf project.
2. Ensure service levels required by the business, in alignment with company ethics, guidelines, and procedures.
3. Guarantee the quality and accuracy of shipments, including materials and finished products.
4. Plan and properly supply internal ateliers.
5. Continuously optimize flows, time, and costs to support business needs.
6. Manage inventory effectively.
7. Handle accompanying documentation for goods.
8. Coordinate reverse logistics flow, manage disposals and decommissioning of materials.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Over 10 years of experience in production/logistics.

1. Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing principles.
2. Analytical skills for flow optimization.
3. Empathetic listening to business needs.
4. Goal-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
6. Proficiency in IT, with strong knowledge of Office Suite and SAP.
7. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in production or logistics environments.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
