1. Oversee daily warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
2. Ensure optimal resource planning aligned with forecasted activities.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners and conduct regular performance reviews.
4. Act as the local business owner of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and implement logistics core models in Japan.
5. Manage domestic transportation logistics to stores and end customers.
6. Participate in global sustainability initiatives and implement local logistics action plans.
7. Manage logistics costs and prepare future budgets while maintaining service levels.
8. Facilitate effective communication with internal teams including stores, e-commerce, and supply chain.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.

1. Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving KPIs.
2. Familiarity with sustainability practices in logistics.
3. Ability to manage and optimize logistics costs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 7 years in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management is required.
