Louis Vuitton Logistics Manager

- Oversee daily warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Ensure optimal resource planning aligned with forecasted activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Act as the local business owner of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and implement logistics core models in Japan.
- Manage domestic transportation logistics to stores and end customers.
- Participate in global sustainability initiatives and implement local logistics action plans.
- Manage logistics costs and prepare future budgets while maintaining service levels.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal teams including stores, e-commerce, and supply chain.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring and improving KPIs.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in logistics.
- Ability to manage and optimize logistics costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 7 years in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management is required.
