1. Oversee daily warehouse operations in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
2. Ensure proper resource planning in line with forecasted activities.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners.
4. Act as the local business owner for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), implementing core logistics models and new features.
5. Manage domestic transportation operations to stores and end customers.
6. Participate in sustainability initiatives, focusing on decarbonizing transportation and promoting recycling.
7. Manage logistics costs, proposing optimizations without compromising service levels.
8. Prepare and report on budgets and investments.
9. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management.
2. Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.

1. Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and improvement.
2. Familiarity with sustainability practices in logistics.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 7 years in warehouse or distribution center management and/or 3PL management is required.
