1. Drive the evolution of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) across all hubs in close collaboration with other Key Users and the IT Department.
2. Train teams on business and WMS developments, supporting logistics teams in ensuring smooth operations.
3. Lead business transformation and automation projects for the hubs.
4. Define and target business needs, designing solutions in collaboration with IT teams and other Key Users.
5. Organize and oversee testing prior to project deployment.
6. Support warehouse implementation of new processes, training field teams and facilitating change management.
7. Identify innovative solutions to enhance the performance of logistics activities in the hubs.
8. Conduct pre-project studies, including RFQ, budget and ROI development, partner selection, and scheduling.
9. Implement various transformation projects.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Ability to train and support teams effectively.
4. Proficiency in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
