1. Manage inbound shipments across all modes of transport.
2. Identify and resolve issues related to CITES inbound shipping documentation.
3. Apply for CITES Stock Card, Pre-signed, Cancellation, and Renewal of CITES Permit.
4. Conduct inventory management using the SAP system, particularly for events involving ATA Carnets or Temporary Imports.
5. Support the retrieval of shipping documents for events and ATA Carnets.
6. Coordinate with country logistics and the local warehouse team.
7. Reconcile pending incoming shipments.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2026.

1. Detail-oriented and meticulous in task execution.
2. Highly adaptable and flexible in accepting new ideas, people, and procedures.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
4. Organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Ability to handle ambiguity effectively.

No prior experience is required, though familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
