1. Handle inbound shipments across all modes of transport.
2. Ensure compliance with customs regulatory requirements for all inbound shipments.
3. Identify and rectify issues in inbound shipping documentation.
4. Apply for CITES Stock Card, Pre-signed, Cancellation, and Renewal of CITES Permit.
5. Manage inventory on the SAP system, particularly relating to ATA Carnets for events.
6. Support the retrieval of shipping documents for events and ATA Carnets.
7. Liaise with country logistics and local warehouse teams.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025.
2. Detail-oriented and meticulous.
3. Highly adaptable and flexible in accepting new ideas, people, and procedures.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Capacity to deal with ambiguity.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
