1. Lead projects focused on continuous improvement in the optimization and standardization of store processes, methods, and tools.
2. Apply industrial performance perspectives to operational activities, structuring project management including objective definition and performance lever identification.
3. Promote quality and Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
4. Ensure alignment with standard processes and integrate best practice benchmarks.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Engineering, with a specialization in Supply Chain being advantageous.
2. Previous internship or co-op experience in an industrial setting is beneficial.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
3. Proficient in prioritizing tasks and adept with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, FMEA, and Ishikawa.

Previous experience in an industrial environment through internships or co-op programs is preferred.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in General Engineering.
