1. Optimize logistics and warehouse operations by refining processes, workflows, and layouts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
2. Develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards to track efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decisions.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, DMAIC) to boost productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain performance.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Quality, and Technical teams to align operations with Louis Vuitton’s excellence standards.
5. Maintain accurate records, generate dashboards, and develop presentations to provide leadership with key logistics and supply chain insights.
6. Benchmark and implement best practices from LV facilities in Europe, focusing on sustainability, green projects, and upcycling.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging warehousing technology and SAP tools to drive innovation and operational excellence.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and best practices across logistics and warehouse functions.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. APICS certification is a plus.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment.

1. Proven knowledge of concepts in relation to work measurement and the economy of motion including labor utilization.
2. Workflow and layout process improvement and standardization.
3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, reducing waste, etc.).
4. Ability to effectively present information to Senior Management and other internal and external groups.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with high proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
6. Excellent understanding of ERP & MRP systems. SAP experience is highly desired.
7. Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
