- Optimize logistics and warehouse operations by refining processes, workflows, and layouts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards to track efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, DMAIC) to boost productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Quality, and Technical teams to align operations with Louis Vuitton’s excellence standards.
- Maintain accurate records, generate dashboards, and develop presentations to provide leadership with key logistics and supply chain insights.
- Benchmark and implement best practices from LV facilities in Europe, focusing on sustainability, green projects, and upcycling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging warehousing technology and SAP tools to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and best practices across logistics and warehouse functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven knowledge of concepts in relation to work measurement and the economy of motion including labor utilization.
- Workflow and layout process improvement and standardization.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, reducing waste, etc.).
- Ability to effectively present information to Senior Management and other internal and external groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with high proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of ERP & MRP systems. SAP experience is highly desired.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
