- Optimize logistics and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with excellence standards.
- Maintain accurate records and generate insights for leadership.
- Benchmark and implement best practices focusing on sustainability and innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and leverage technology for operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Proven knowledge of work measurement and motion economy concepts.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of ERP & MRP systems, with SAP experience highly desired.
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
