1. Optimize logistics and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
2. Develop and manage KPIs and performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with excellence standards.
5. Maintain accurate records and generate insights for leadership.
6. Benchmark and implement best practices focusing on sustainability and innovation.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and leverage technology for operational excellence.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
2. APICS certification is a plus.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
4. Proven knowledge of work measurement and motion economy concepts.
5. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
2. Excellent understanding of ERP & MRP systems, with SAP experience highly desired.
3. Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
4. Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a large-scale manufacturing or logistics environment is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
