- Foster a community of Stock Controllers, supporting their career development and sharing best practices.
- Lead and coach a Supply Chain Coordinator, establishing team goals and development plans.
- Oversee shop-soiled and defective item procedures, ensuring consistent standards across stores.
- Guide Care Service employees on repair procedures and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Substantial supply chain experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-country environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to analyze product and financial reports to drive business decisions.

- Knowledge of luxury products and retail.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within a multi-country environment.
