1. Collaborate with retail stores to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
2. Conduct weekly reviews on stock coverage and coordinate with the EMEA Supply Chain team to ensure adequate stock support.
3. Develop and implement cost-effective delivery schedules for timely replenishment of stores.
4. Manage relationships with external delivery partners and assess their performance against service levels.
5. Monitor store operation KPIs and collaborate with Stock Controllers to address discrepancies and order fulfillment issues.
6. Foster a community of Stock Controllers, supporting their career development and sharing best practices.
7. Lead and coach a Supply Chain Coordinator, establishing team goals and development plans.
8. Oversee shop-soiled and defective item procedures, ensuring consistent standards across stores.
9. Guide Care Service employees on repair procedures and client interactions.

1. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
2. Substantial supply chain experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-country environment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within a multi-country environment.
