4. Manage relationships with external delivery partners, ensuring performance meets agreed service levels.
5. Monitor KPIs related to store operations and collaborate with Stock Controllers to address discrepancies.
6. Cultivate a community of Stock Controllers, supporting their career development and sharing best practices.
7. Lead and coach a Supply Chain Coordinator, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
8. Define team structure and roles in alignment with business priorities, ensuring agility and empowerment.
9. Establish goals and development paths for team performance enhancement.
10. Maintain oversight of shop-soiled and defective item procedures, ensuring consistent standards.
11. Guide Care Service employees on repair procedures and client interactions, upholding brand quality.

1. Substantial previous supply chain experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-country environment.
2. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
