- Collaborate with retail stores to forecast demand and ensure timely fulfillment of critical orders and product launches.
- Conduct weekly stock coverage reviews and coordinate with the EMEA Supply Chain team for stock support.
- Develop and implement cost-effective delivery schedules for timely store replenishment.
- Manage relationships with external delivery partners, ensuring performance meets agreed service levels.
- Monitor KPIs related to store operations and collaborate with Stock Controllers to address discrepancies.
- Cultivate a community of Stock Controllers, supporting their career development and sharing best practices.
- Lead and coach a Supply Chain Coordinator, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Define team structure and roles in alignment with business priorities, ensuring agility and empowerment.
- Establish goals and development paths for team performance enhancement.
- Maintain oversight of shop-soiled and defective item procedures, ensuring consistent standards.
- Guide Care Service employees on repair procedures and client interactions, upholding brand quality.
- Substantial previous supply chain experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-country environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and energetically.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret and leverage product and financial reports.
- Initiative-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

- Efficient collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of luxury products and retail.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant supply chain role.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
