1. Create regular KPI reports to monitor store operations.
2. Support the preparation of trainings, inventories, audits, and back-of-house projects.
3. Ensure accurate processing and precise inventory of non-sellable goods.
4. Generate reports to fulfill legal requirements in Germany and Austria.
5. Maintain daily communication with store teams to meet evolving demands.
6. Monitor IT interfaces to ensure data synchronization.

1. Ongoing studies or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong communication skills in English and German.
2. Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and adaptable.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, with an affinity for Power BI being advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with equivalent experience.
